All three stores close on Macau obligatory holidays. Other public holidays follow the usual opening hours. Online booking does not offer times on obligatory holidays.

Choose a service, store, date and available time. Enter your name, email address and phone number. Your time is reserved when the page shows Booking confirmed.
Each appointment reserves 30 minutes. This does not guarantee completion of the repair in that time.
Choose a store and appointment timeHow do I change or cancel a confirmed appointment?
Open the private Change or cancel appointment link in your confirmation email or saved confirmation screen. You can change the store and time, or cancel, before the appointment starts. Keep the link private.
Contact us if you cannot find the link. If you saved a calendar copy, edit or remove that event after changing or cancelling the booking.

If the page shows Booking confirmed, your time is reserved even if the email does not arrive. Save the confirmation screen and check your spam folder.
Call or contact us if you are unsure. Do not make another booking only because the email is missing.

The website does not show live repair status. Call the store, or use the repair-status email enquiry with the phone number registered for the repair and the ticket number on your receipt.
The form opens an email draft. Check the details and press Send. Opening the draft alone does not send an enquiry.
Open the repair-status enquiry pageCan I save a confirmed appointment to my calendar?
Yes. On the confirmation screen, or the private management page before the appointment starts, choose Google Calendar or download the .ics file for a compatible calendar app. Google Calendar opens a prefilled event for you to save.
Calendar copies do not update automatically. After a change or cancellation, edit or remove the calendar event yourself. Check the website for your current booking details.
